Five To Thrive

We’d love to talk with you about our “Five to Thrive” personal coaching package. This is made up of five one-one-one coaching sessions. Each one is an hour-and-a-half long. They can be done in person, via Skype or by phone. They are usually completed over a six to ten week period. We have tested and refined the sequence and then customize them for each person we coach. Together these sessions will help you (or the person you buy the package for) do eight important things:

  • Articulate THE most immediate question that you need to answer next.
  • Get clear on your own vision of success, informed b­y the questions “What is Truly Important?” “What is enough?” and “What do you therefore want to experience monthly to know that your life is balanced and “on track?”
  • Identify which activities and conditions energize you the most, what drains you and what changes you might make in your life accordingly to make sure that within six months you will be able to spend most of your time focused on your greatest priorities and the things that bring you the most joy, meaning and sense of impact.
  • Decide which attribute in yourself you are most eager to cultivate/practice more consistently over the coming two months as the focus for your growth.
  • Come to understand the “Four Frames For Decision-Making” Framework so you can pause and make the “Decisions of Consequence in your life in a way that really works for you.
  • Craft your own “Think Big, Start Small” vision.
  • Learn the five practices you will do for five minutes each day to help you thrive and succeed.
  • Hatch a personalized action plan to help you implement all this while meeting the key challenges you identify in your life as it is now.

OUTLINES

Session #1 “Taking Flight”

  • “Clarify The Question” — What is the most important question in front of you that you need to answer next?
  • Introduction to the “Four Frames For Decision-Making” Framework.
  • Opening of a conversation about “What matters most to you, that should be informing your decisions?”
  • Introduction of The Twelve Integrated Practices of Sparking, including the “Pause,” the “Click” and “The First Thing.”

Session #2 “Feed Your Spark”

  • Practice “Clarifying The Question”.
  • Refine your Good Life Index –What is truly important and what is enough and what does “success” in your life look like in terms of what you want to experience each month
  • Introduction of the “Story Of the Week” practice.
  • HOW do you want to be? – Best Self.
  • “These Are A Few Of My Favorite INGs” approach introduced.

Session #3 “Energizing Change”

  • Mastering the practice of clarifying the question.
  • Good life index and G.L.E.E. reviewed.
  • Best Self vision refined.
  • “These are a few of my favorite INGs.”
  • “S.O.W. What?!” and “PSTS.”

Session 4 “Think Big Start Small”

Three year THINK BIG vision.

Three month “A.C.E. Challenge” what you regard as your top work priority for your “work in the world” in the coming three months and how you will know success when you see it.

Session 5 “Moving From Vision To Action”

Getting your practice down.
