“So many of us desire a guide to help navigate life’s murky waters and Jeff shows us how to be the captain of our own ship,
with a tool box full of life preservers, paddle techniques, and nautical directions, designed for the most magical trip around our inner world. His humor, genuine engagement, and wisdom of perspective have helped a lot of captains reach their own Sparky shore.”

ALIGN — the Advance Leadership Initiative For Growing Non-Profits — is the most profound, life-changing coaching work that we do in a group context. Carried out in partnership with Marlboro College’s Center For New Leadership, we bring together ten emerging and existing leaders around good food, in settings of spectacular natural beauty for shared reflection, brainstorming, laughter and stimulating conversation. Year after year, it has been an honor, a great delight, and a source of the most enthusiastic feedback from participants (see testimonials below).
Our Commitment
Out of our commitment to make a positive difference in the lives of people around the world who are working to make a positive difference, we have created this wonderful program for changemakers to have an experience of deep renewal, pleasure, connection and insight.
Working for the greater good can feel overwhelming and be draining. Our series of three carefully designed ALIGN retreats create the opportunity for participants to enjoy:
♦ Quiet reflection in places of great natural beauty.
♦ Thought-provoking teaching/guidance from The Sparks Center founder Jeff Bercuvitz with a focus on cultivating an integrated practice to help you learn what you can do to feed your own spark over time.
♦ Honest meaningful conversation with an intimate group of fascinating people who want to make our world better.
Through ALIGN we can help you:
